Fast Response and Excellent Service
Came home from work to a house that was very hot, my A/C was blowing hot air it was as hot inside as outside. Called REDCO and the Tech was on site in 30 minutes. In less than 15 minutes the service tech had diagnosed the problem and was able to replace the bad part from stock on his work truck. You could tell the unit was running, but Mel stayed and verified that there was cold air coming out of the vents with his thermometer. Excellent service and great pricing, would not hesitate to call REDCO again.

Excellent
My air in my home was only blowing hot air. I have three small children at home all day and it was hot. I called Redco and told them my problem. They had a tech out to my house within half an hour and fixed my problem. They were great. I would recommend them to family and friends in a heartbeat.

Cold Air Again
We had hot air (mid summer) blowing out of the AC vents in our school. We called Redco and they promptly came out. The technician was curteous and knowledgeable and had cold air blowing for us in no time. Priced very reasonable too!

Fast, Fair, Friendly

This past Friday our air conditioner went out. After getting a very high estimate from another company we thought we were going to have to replace our unit. We decided, on Sunday, to get a second opinion before taking that step. I called Redco and the repairman came to our home quickly and was friendly and respectful. He climbed up on the roof and figured out the problem with our A/C quickly. He wrote up a quote for us (less than half of what we were given on Friday from another company to fix the problem) and after we signed off on the quote he quickly repaired our A/C. What a relief after the heat of this weekend!! This gentleman spoke highly of the folks he works for, though he's only been with you for a short time.He was very professional as well as friendly and efficient. We have your company bookmarked for future repairs and for other projects that we have planned. With good people like the man who came to our home working for you, this is a company we will recommend to family and friends.

My A/C went out. I called company at 6 AM and a "real person" answered the phone. Within 2 hours the repairman was here. Price quoted was the price paid. Friendly repairman who knows his job. Use another company previously and this was not the case! Highly recommend them for A/C needs!

Redco promptly come out because our unit was not blowing cold air. They fixed the fan motor and it is now working properly. The technician was very polite and they have reasonable prices.

Redco was a WONDERFUL company! They were speedy with service, very friendly repair person and a very quick and patient service! We had issues with our warranty company and the service person worked extra hard to accomodate our needs! This company TRULY cares!! We will definitely call Redco for ALL of our home repair needs(HVAC, plumbing , ect.) We definitely recommend this company to EVERYONE!!! Thank you Redco, you are the greatest!

1st day of the summer heat & Redco AC could not be beat

It was the 1st day of summer 2008, and the temps were at 109 by 10am. My rental unit's AC went out and my tenant's were in desperate need of an AC fix. After calling about 5 -other AC repair places on a Sat. morning & either getting voicemails, answering services, & very late callbacks from companies, Redco was the 1st I could reach live, & they took their own calls w/o an answering service. They booked my appointment right there on the spot & were at my rental unit clear across the other side of PHX within 90-minutes. I was given my repair options (since my unit was in dire straits & approx 20-years old) and was not pressured into a high cost repair. The repair which I chose was prompt, honest, & professional. No travel or weekend "extra costs" were charged just an honest service with an honest price. Very satisfied!
